Mechanical Engineer - Glastonbury, CT Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to support the Senior Project Engineer in preparing design changes for FAA parts and assisting in the development of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Support the Senior Project Engineer in preparing design changes for FAA parts. Assist in the development of manufacturing processes. Engage in project work related to mechanical engineering and design. Conduct CAD design and reverse engineering tasks. Troubleshoot and redesign legacy aerospace parts. Essential Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Design, and Project work. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in 3D CAD; preference for Solidworks. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficient in reverse engineering and redesign of legacy parts. Experience in aerospace engineering and manufacturing. Ability to identify non-conformances in mechanical design. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
