job summary: Join Our Client, a global innovator in materials science! We need a Mechanical Engineer for a hybrid role in Concord, NC. Bring your engineering degree or drafting cert, 0-3 years' experience, and Autodesk skills to design process equipment for worldwide manufacturing locations.
Design mounting systems and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
Document existing production floor configurations by capturing hands-on measurements and identifying system components.
Ensure equipment standardization by taking ownership of and integrating preliminary drawing packages across multiple configurations.
Prepare and submit drawing packages through the Engineering Change Request (ECR) process, ensuring full compliance with safety and industry standards.
