Create 3D models, detailed drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. Perform engineering calculations and develop solutions that meet customer requirements. Manage multiple projects while coordinating with manufacturing, purchasing, and cross-functional teams. Support customer communication, design reviews, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in machine design, industrial automation, conveyor systems, packaging equipment, or OEM manufacturing. Proficiency with Inventor and AutoCAD 3D. Strong mechanical design, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.
