• Freelance /Fixed-term contract Project focus: Joining an MEP engineering design team to deliver mechanical design and Revit modelling for data center projects across multiple end clients.

The role is production focused:

building out coordinated mechanical models, drawings and calculations for chilled water and air side systems. No client-facing work or travel. All project work is under NDA.

Key skills and Experience required:

3 to 5 years' experience in mechanical building systems design Advanced Revit skills for MEP modelling (essential), plus Bluebeam Revu Hands-on hydronic design: chilled water, condenser water and heating hot water piping, pipe sizing, pressure loss, and pump and valve selection Air side design and equipment selection: AHU sizing, fan walls, CRAHs, FCUs, VAV and air balance Mechanical controls beyond the basics: control schematics, sequences of operation and points lists for chillers, pumps and fans Working knowledge of US codes, ASHRAE standards and imperial units (essential for candidates based outside the US) Reviewing cut sheets, submittals and shop drawings, and coordinating with electrical and plumbing disciplines Data center or mission critical project experience strongly preferred, hyperscale experience a plus If this role is of interest, please apply with an updated CV.
