You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and help shape the future of aviation and aerospace systems. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule. External hires will begin with 90 days on site before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on a variety of projects and programs for exciting new technologies in the field of Atmospheric Sensing and LiDAR. You will use your knowledge of lasers/optics and mechanical systems integration to support breakthrough product development. You will serve with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to perform mechanical & optical systems design, development, and integration. You will leverage your laser and optics experience to align, maintain, and service lasers in our LiDAR systems. You will also support new business opportunities and pursuits with an integrated sales, business, and technical team.
