Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite) In this pivotal role, you will become an integral part of our innovative engineering team, driving key projects from initial concept through to completion. As a leader, you will mentor emerging talent and liaise with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional engineering results. The position requires a candidate with a profound understanding of mechanical engineering, armed with leadership qualities and a track record of successful client collaboration, to achieve project excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and oversee mechanical engineering initiatives from inception to final construction. Manage project groupings, timelines, and deliverables with precision. Engage directly with clients as the central project contact. Lead with technical expertise to uphold high engineering standards. Mentor and guide junior engineers and auxiliary staff. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across varied projects. Maintain adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field. Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10+ years in architectural/engineering consulting experience. Deep knowledge of mechanical infrastructures (such as HVAC, building systems). Demonstrated ability in managing projects from design to execution. Proven leadership capacity for team oversight and guidance. Skilled in multidisciplinary project coordination. Strong interpersonal communication and client negotiation abilities.
