Manager Salary:
$125,000•$150,000 per year Job Details•As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll serve as the technical authority on complex HVAC and mechanical infrastructure projects. This role is centered around diagnosing system challenges, designing long-term solutions, and ensuring engineering excellence across all phases of work. You'll play a key role in guiding projects from concept through execution—while also mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-performance outcomes. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Engineering & Design Leadership Evaluate existing building systems and identify opportunities for improved performance and longevity Perform detailed load calculations and system sizing to optimize efficiency Lead full-cycle HVAC system design, including ductwork and piping layouts Develop construction documents and technical specifications, including stamped drawings Problem Solving & Innovation Move beyond "like-for-like" replacements to uncover root causes and implement smarter solutions Recommend system improvements through operational and controls strategies Stay current on emerging technologies and industry advancements Collaboration & Client Engagement Partner with internal teams across automation, electrical, and structural disciplines Support client interactions by providing technical insight and building trust Contribute to project pursuits by serving as the engineering expert in discussions with clients ________________________________________ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Active Professional Engineer (PE) license 6+ years of experience in HVAC design, ideally within commercial or retrofit environments Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP Solid understanding of HVAC and energy codes Ability to think strategically and communicate complex ideas clearly ________________________________________
Compensation Base Salary:
