Essential Skills Strong background in stamping tooling construction, tryout, and die development. Hands-on experience working with automotive tool shops and production stamping processes. Solid understanding of die build, tryout, and production readiness requirements for high-volume manufacturing. Proven ability to identify tooling risks and actively support resolution activities from issue detection through closure. Experience working within structured tooling and launch processes (such as STS or similar frameworks). Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze tooling issues and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to cross-functional teams. Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and suppliers.
