Available Job Summary We are hiring a

• Mechanical Engineer
• to support manufacturing operations, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities Provide mechanical engineering support for manufacturing equipment and processes. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on scrap, waste, downtime, and efficiency. Manage/support capital projects including new machine installations and equipment upgrades. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules and coordinate vendors/contractors. Support equipment installation, startup, testing, and validation. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity. Provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, and operations teams. Must-Haves
