Salary:

Through continued investment in innovation, automation, and advanced manufacturing, we remain at the forefront of last-mile transportation solutions. We're seeking a Design Engineer to develop and improve our next generation of commercial vehicles. In this role, you'll use Siemens NX to create and modify vehicle designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, and support projects from concept through production.

What You Will Be DoingDesign and develop vehicle components and systems using Siemens NX (Unigraphics), creating detailed models and drawings that meet customer and engineering requirements.

Support new product development by modifying existing designs, integrating new technologies, and assisting with prototype builds, testing, and validation activities.

Perform design analysis and simulations to ensure products are safe, manufacturable, reliable, and cost-effective.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and customers to improve product performance, meet specifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain engineering documentation, support process improvement efforts, and uphold company quality and safety standards.

What You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 2+ years of automotive OEM, truck body, or RV industry experience.

Proficiency in Siemens NX/Unigraphics, including surface modeling, composite tooling design, and 3D solid modeling.

Strong engineering fundamentals, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently; proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
