Job Description

Project Executive - Mechanical Construction The role of the Project Executive is to lead a team of Project Managers to plan, execute, and finalize construction of multiple projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years' experience on commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects including healthcare, medical gas, educational, institutional, military and other large, complex facilities Management of projects ranging in size and scope with a minimum contract value of $40M required Experience successfully leading direct reports Experienced with project cost to complete, project financials and project close outs OSHA 10 Hour required OSHA 30 Hour required Strong verbal and written communication skills Required aptitude on construction Have a positive attitude, be professional and self-motivated Ability to work as both an individual contributor and a team player
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Lead Teams of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers Oversee commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget and schedule Review project plans and specifications, build project schedules, make recommendations of potential cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problems Complete job cost breakdowns, schedule of values, and review / approve project billings Work with general contractors, vendors and subcontractors to coordinate project schedules, RFIs and change orders Order mechanical and/or plumbing materials as required and ensure delivery in accordance to project schedules Coordinate with field superintendents on manpower needs, adjusting as needed Conduct and attend pre-construction and post construction meetings Manage multiple projects varying in scope simultaneously Continuous communication with office personnel, GC, owner and others as needed Complete all required documentation electronically Oversee and continuously monitor project site safety for all involved at the site Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned Responsibilities Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact Positively and professionally represent the company name and brand to our customers Lead the team by providing annual employee performance feedback within company guidelines and procedures
