Lockheed Martin is seeking two Manufacturing Test Engineers for positions within the F-35 Production Engineering organization. What You Will Be Doing Manufacturing Test Engineers provide support for all stages of a platform's program lifecycle. The Manufacturing Test Engineering (MTE) discipline is responsible for verification of the integrity of the aircraft build from subassembly to delivery operations. MTE provides the test equipment, the test procedures, and the on-floor test support needed to ensure functional compliance of every aircraft throughout the build-cycle. These positions will be embedded in developing and maintaining detailed System Checkout Procedures, design and management of test equipment, software development and automation, and systems anomaly resolution for the F-35 factory. The day-to-day tasking will include working with design engineers and shop floor personnel to support production of our various platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering. Technology-related degree plan also acceptable, e.g., Electrical Engineering Technology, Aeronautics Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Testing Ability to work in a team environment demonstrated through organized group activities

Desired Skills:

Previous manufacturing or operations experience Analytical troubleshooting abilities to solve complex system-level problems Desire to obtain an Operations role indicated by expressing interest in 'hands-on' applications of engineering principles Software programming experience

Work Schedules:
