The firm has fewer than 30 employees, which means this person will have meaningful visibility and influence. You will work directly with firm leadership, play an important role in the mechanical group's growth, and have the opportunity to be considered for the firm's partner track. Central utility plant experience, healthcare design experience, LEED AP or CEM credentials, and a track record of mentoring engineers through licensure are also highly valued. Experience working in a smaller engineering firm where senior leaders combine technical expertise, project ownership, client relationships, and mentorship would be particularly relevant. Why This Opportunity? If you enjoy being close to the work but want your impact to extend beyond producing drawings, this is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership. You'll join a collaborative, established firm where senior engineers are trusted to lead, develop people, build client relationships, and help shape the future of the practice.
