Mechanical Coordinator / Field Engineer Data Center Construction | Lubbock, TX $50.00+ per Hour + O.T. + $150/day Per Diem 18-Month Contract 13 Days On / 1 Day Off Major Mission-Critical Data Center Project Are you an experienced Mechanical Coordinator, Mechanical Field Engineer, or Mechanical Superintendent looking for your next major project? Saulsbury is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator to support a large-scale hyperscale Data Center construction project in Lubbock, Texas . You'll work alongside engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to coordinate complex mechanical systems from installation through startup and project turnover. If you have experience with HVAC systems, chilled water piping, hydronic systems, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling equipment, or mission-critical mechanical infrastructure , we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Do Coordinate daily mechanical construction activities Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents Support field installation and resolve construction issues Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Track materials and procurement activities Assist with commissioning, startup, and project turnover Maintain as-built drawings and turnover documentation Participate in look-ahead planning and scheduling meetings Monitor installation progress and support project reporting Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved What We're Looking For ✔ 5+ years of mechanical construction experience ✔ Experience with one or more of the following: HVAC Chilled Water Systems Hydronic Piping Cooling Towers
