job summary: A fast-growing, employee-owned construction firm is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support high-impact MEP projects in the San Antonio, TX area. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside of San Antonio. Schertz, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $140,000 - 150,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead hands-on MEP design (HVAC-focused) across commercial and mission-critical projects, including data centersProduce and review Revit-based design and construction documents (not just oversight)Support projects from concept through construction, staying closely tied to field executionProvide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers, especially in Revit and design workflowsCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure design accuracy and constructability Requirements 8+ years of
MEP/HVAC
