Job Description
Bring your engineering expertise to a hands-on, field-driven operation in Roanoke, TX where your designs support trencher and trenchers projects from concept through fabrication. In this Mechanical Project Engineer opportunity, you'll collaborate closely with the drafting team and help ensure efficient, build-ready deliverables that make an impact in drilling rig environments. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Engineer position include: 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or project engineering (experience level not specified). Expertise in Solid Edge with strong 2D and 3D design experience. Experience with CREO. Will work alongside the head engineer to design trencher/trencher parts (not independently). Coordinate closely with the drafting team to move designs from initial scope to final deliverables. Experience in drilling rig environments and an understanding of hands-on industry demands. Assist with design and construction of pipelines; support mechanics and machinists as needed. Reports to the project manager.
