Job Description
- Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- + Ensure equipment uptime and process stability through structured preventive maintenance, data-driven decision making, and proactive problem solving.
- Continuous Improvement & Project Execution
- + Develop and manage module-level

- focused on safety, quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
- Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- + Build and sustain positive relationships with key vendors and service providers to strengthen technical support and responsiveness.
- Performance Management & Reporting
- + Define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for tool availability, MTBF, PM compliance, and cost metrics. + Use data visualization and reporting tools to provide meaningful insight to senior management. + Ensure accurate maintenance records, PM documentation, and tool history logs are maintained.
- Education & Experience
- Preferred Minimum Education
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline preferred. + Equivalent experience and demonstrated leadership capability may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- + Deep understanding of semiconductor equipment principles — mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and process interactions.

- Class 100/1000 cleanroom
- environment as needed to support team activities. + Wear full cleanroom attire and work safely around chemicals and process gases. + Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to support operations and critical projects.
