Job Description

Experienced Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger / Pressure Vessel Engineer We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger / Pressure Vessel Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong mechanical design experience in the fabrication and engineering of pressure vessels and shell & tube heat exchangers. Position Requirements Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering required Minimum of 5 years of experience designing: New shell & tube heat exchangers Pressure vessels Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred, but not required Required Knowledge & Experience Applicants must be familiar with: HTRI Exchanger Suite PV Elite / CodeCalc RCS Codeware Compress -Pressure Vessel Design Software Autocad-2D Candidate must have working knowledge of: ASME Section VIII Code requirements Ability to navigate ASME Code to determine design requirements for shell & tube heat exchangers TEMA Standards API 660 Responsibilities Design and engineer shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels Perform mechanical calculations and code compliance reviews Prepare and review design documentation and fabrication drawings Work closely with fabrication, project management, and customers to ensure project success Ensure all designs meet applicable ASME, TEMA, and API standards Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k)
Paid Time Off Pay:
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
