This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or mechanically inclined individual interested in gaining real-world engineering experience in manufacturing and production operations. Responsibilities Assist mechanical engineers with equipment setup, testing, and modifications Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment Help document processes, measurements, and maintenance activities Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement projects Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a safe, organized work area Collaborate with production and warehouse teams as needed Qualifications Interest in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or industrial systems Enrolled in or completed coursework in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred, not required) Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and measurements Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Schedule Flexible scheduling available Part-time or full-time hours based on availability and business needs
