Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced R D Engineering Manager to lead our product development team and support the full Salaera portfolio. This role will guide technical strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner cross-functionally to drive innovation and business growth. As a member of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT), this leader will play a key role in shaping company initiatives and delivering high-impact results. Key Responsibilities Lead product development activities from concept through design, delivery, and regulatory approval Manage project pipeline and provide visibility to leadership on priorities and timelines Ensure compliance with

FDA, ISO

13485, and applicable regulatory standards Oversee 510(k) submissions and support successful product launches Maintain and improve the existing product portfolio to meet evolving customer and regulatory needs Guide and develop a high-performing engineering team with clear growth plans Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficient product development and operations Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support across the organization Drive strategic initiatives focused on growth and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field) 8+ years of progressive experience in technical product development leadership Experience in medical device or regulated environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of

FDA, ISO
