Provide hands-on leadership for mechanical design, integration, and product support activities across pre-production, production, and sustainment programs. Oversee product lifecycle. Establish and mature engineering processes, design methodologies, and execution frameworks. Participate in and lead engineering change activities, configuration management processes, and design reviews. Perform and oversee system-level analyses, tolerance analysis, manufacturability assessments, and design trade studies.
