End user data backup End user system upgrade to Windows 11 Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and deployment tools like SCCM/Intune Knowledge of end user data backup tools Prior experience of working in Life Science industry and R&D labs Good communication skills - client facing role
