Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join their team. As a Systems Engineer II, you will be part of the engineering department supporting product development and system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Depends on Experience What's the Job? Coordinate and manage system design for related product groups to achieve program goals. Engage with cross-departmental teams including Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to define product requirements and address issues. Lead the entire product development process from customer engagement to product launch, ensuring technical requirements are clearly documented and validated. Develop and maintain the Design History File (DHF), including system specifications, usability, risk management, and compliance documentation. Provide technical leadership in system architecture, integration, and troubleshooting to ensure successful product development and manufacturing. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in system development, requirements management, and risk management. Experience with tools and practices such as QFD, Pugh Matrix, CTQ, DFR, DFX. Strong understanding of medical device development, preferably in diagnostic cardiology or similar fields. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. What's in it for me?
