Create detailed engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and manufacturing documentation. Improve existing products through design enhancements, value engineering, and cost reduction initiatives. Partner with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure designs are production-ready. Support prototype builds, testing, engineering changes, and production troubleshooting. Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of mechanical or product design experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with 3D CAD software; SolidWorks preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, weldments, or mechanical assembly. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with product development, electro-mechanical systems, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
