Mechanical Engineer Location- Waukesha, WI Phone and F2F Day1 onsite Client is looking for good design and issue resolution experience . Creo is also something he s looking for compared to SolidWork For next set of profiles, will have teams call first and then face to face. Experience in electromechanical product design and development Experience in Medical products Design, Development and Verification Experience in Product/subsystem/parts cost reduction Good skills in Creo CAD (3D modelling, sheet metal, 2D drawings, surface modelling, assembly) Hands-on experience in sheet metal, plastic, Die cast part design with good understanding of manufacturing processes Experience in testing and validation at component and subsystem level Ability to create DFMEA and identify product risks Knowledge of DFM/DFA, material selection, and design best practices Experience in NPI/NPD process from concept to production Familiar with Windchill PLM/PDM, ECO/ECR, and EBOM creation Able to create and review engineering drawings with GD&T and tolerance analysis Strong team player, can also work independently Good communication and presentation skills Positive attitude and focus on quality
