1316030 Job Description CAD Drafter - This Draftsperson will interface with all departments of the company (sales, operations and accounting) to provide accurate drawings/documentation of installed customer systems. Responsibilities will be providing drafting services including; providing details and drawings used for fabrication and installation of telecommunication systems. Will create equipment lists, floor plans, rack elevations and system single line details. Will keep CAD system up-to-date, file project engineer documentation, assist Design and Construction Management Departments in providing documentation for client installed systems and provide on-site services to determine site specific drafting details. This is a long term, full time, "temp-to-hire" position, hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Company offers excellent benefits and a 401k retirement plan (with a match!)
Requirements:
Certificate of completion of an accredited CAD program and/or 4 to 5 years on the job experience Proficiency in Auto CAD Experience in low voltage and electrical drafting preferred Experience in telecommunications preferred Experience with Revit a plus
