(but are not limited to):- Produce and check erection and fabrication drawings in AutoCAD and Tekla (X-Steel)
- Communicate with Purchasers, and Fabrication/ Installation Crews
- Report to Project Manager
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
:- Great attitude towards individual performance and teamwork
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings
HIGHER-PAY TRAITS
:- Able to read and write precisely and concisely in English to describe technical / geometrical / spatial objects and situations
- Able to Use Tekla at proficiently and efficiently to produce 3D models and 2D drawings
- Experienced in drafting for the structural steel and miscellaneous metals industry
- Experienced with surveying land and buildings
- Experienced with hands-on construction
- Experienced being a construction foreman
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Additional bilingual skills in Chinese and/or Spanish for an optional added role as liaison
