JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

(but are not limited to):

• Produce and check erection and fabrication drawings in AutoCAD and Tekla (X-Steel)
• Communicate with Purchasers, and Fabrication/ Installation Crews
• Report to Project Manager

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

:

• Great attitude towards individual performance and teamwork
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to use AutoCAD
• Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings
• Bilingual in Chinese and English

HIGHER-PAY TRAITS

:

• Able to read and write precisely and concisely in English to describe technical / geometrical / spatial objects and situations
• Able to Use Tekla at proficiently and efficiently to produce 3D models and 2D drawings
• Experienced in drafting for the structural steel and miscellaneous metals industry
• Experienced with surveying land and buildings
• Experienced with hands-on construction
• Experienced being a construction foreman
• Strong leadership and management skills

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00

• $85,000.
