Job Description

Busby Cabinets is Florida's premier luxury residential cabinetmaker and millwork company. Serving discerning homeowners, luxury custom home builders, and leading design firms, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, tailored design solutions that consistently exceed expectations. We are expanding our team and looking for Studio Design Associates with experience using Chief Architect, Auto CAD, Cabinet Vision, Revit, 20/20, or another comparable CAD Software. Knowledge of PDF Editor, custom cabinetry, layouts and floor plans are also a helpful advantage. Individuals chosen for this position will be part of our drafting team and have an instrumental role on our team. Responsibilities Create clear and accurate CAD drawings based on project requirements Make updates and revisions as needed Work with team members to support project goals Keep drawings and files organized Meet deadlines and follow schedules Learn and improve skills through feedback and collaboration Preferred Qualifications Demonstrates and lives our Core Values in daily work Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and with excellent time-management abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to drive projects through completion 1 - 2 years of experience in Chief Architect, Cabinet Vision, 20/20, or other comparable CAD software Proactive problem-solver with a forward-thinking mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work on high-end, custom residential projects Collaborative team environment focused on quality and craftsmanship Long-term growth potential with a respected luxury brand
