Role:
We're a Fort Myers based company building precision systems for a variety of applications including medical and aerospace , and we're looking for a hands-on, highly organized Engineering Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate who enjoys working with hardware, prototyping, and manufacturing in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate 3D printers, CNC mills, and shop equipment Assist with prototyping, assembly, and testing of components Work from CAD models, drawings, and technical specifications Perform inspections and ensure parts meet strict tolerances and quality standards Accurately document processes, builds, and test results in line with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workspace
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with or exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO, FDA, or AS9100 environments Hands-on experience or interest in fabrication and manufacturing Experience with 3D printing or CNC preferred Electronics or programming experience is a plus
Bonus:
CAD experience (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
