Key Responsibilities:

Creation of Revit models, Revit families, and CAD base files for use in creating contract documents. Ability to design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans, sections, and details for various process mechanical systems. Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges. Executing redlines from Engineers and Superintendents. Draft Trimble points for surveyor. Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.

Basic Qualifications:

Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble points, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Must be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills, a multi-tasker, reliable, self-determined and have excellent follow up skills.
