High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered in place of formal education Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or a related manufacturing field is preferred and will give a significant advantage Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project management tools Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management abilities Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Create detailed shop drawings and production documentation from architectural plans and project specifications Prepare material lists and manufacturing-ready layouts for production Review and interpret construction and architectural drawings Coordinate with project managers and production staff to resolve design and production questions Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation Ensure drawings meet company quality standards and customer requirements Why This Opportunity?
