Job Description

We are seeking an experienced contract professional to support our Design Services team on a contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong technical expertise, and values collaboration, accountability, and quality in every stage of work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality design and drafting work within agreed project timelines and scope. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, project stakeholders, and external partners to support successful project execution. Apply technical expertise and sound judgment to solve design challenges and maintain quality standards. Adapt quickly to changing project priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Support safe, efficient, and constructible design solutions that align with project and organizational expectations.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Associate degree or Technical degree required Bachelor or Technical degree preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
10+ years applicable piping design experience required.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Possess excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office and AutoCAD (current version or within last 3 versions) 2D and 3D, Cadworks, Navisworks, and ReCap proficiency preferred Proficiency test may be required as part of the interview process. Possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Communicate and respond professionally with internal and external customers Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings Familiar with AISI, AISC, ASME and ASTM specifications preferred Knowledge of construction and fabrication techniques preferred Must understand use of tape measure, square, level and various layout tools
