Candidates will be responsible for developing accurate 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings of mechanical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies using Siemens NX, in accordance with

ASME Y14.100, ASME

Y14.5, and

ASME Y14.41.

This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure design quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with manufacturing and assembly requirements. Additional responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings for accuracy, completeness, manufacturability, and clarity, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the mechanical design process. Ideal candidates will possess a background or strong interest in mechanical or machine design and experience generating and checking engineering drawings.

A TS/SCI

clearance is preferred; however, candidates with an active Secret clearance or those eligible to obtain a clearance will also be considered. Compensation for this role ranges from $45/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
