Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Fabrication Drafter to join a growing metal fabrication team in Rogers, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AutoCAD and Inventor experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize AutoCAD and Inventor to produce accurate assembly and fabrication drawings Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions and fastening methods Analyze customer drawings for internal fabrication and production use Review drawings from other drafters to ensure accuracy and quality standards Complete internal project documentation and time tracking Support fabrication and engineering teams as needed Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD (2015 or newer) and Autodesk Inventor ( Inventor experience required ) Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or sheet metal drafting preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Good communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to pass a background check Schedule 1st
Shift:
