This role collaborates closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to create accurate models and drawings, assist with bill of materials development, and ensure designs are aligned with production requirements. The ideal candidate has experience with SolidWorks, a strong understanding of piping and structural design, and general knowledge of rotating equipment and process systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute in a team-driven environment with occasional travel to support technical discussions at customer sites. Duties and Responsibilities Create 3-D models of equipment from cut sheets, drawings or bill of materials. Work with designers for creation of customer & fabrication drawings. Help with creation of bill of materials for purchasing. Liaison between manufacturing, engineering and Design departments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Solidworks CADD program. Knowledge of piping & structural design. General knowledge of instrumentation & rotating equipment (pumps & compressors). General knowledge of heat exchangers and filtration equipment. Credentials and Experience AAS in Mechanical Technology 1-3 years related experience or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
