BIM / CAD

Plumbing & Piping Designer, where your expertise will drive innovative system designs and detailed modeling for complex plumbing and piping projects. Dual Temp is expanding our BIM/CAD Department and seeking a Plumbing & Piping Designer experienced with commercial mechanical systems. This role creates accurate Revit models and coordinated drawings to support fabrication and field installation on large-scale HVAC and plumbing projects. . Excellent Benefits Package!! Produce construction documents:

plans, isometrics, spools, and schedules. Review submittals and equipment data for constructability. Conduct field measurements and verify as-built conditions. Resolve routing conflicts with other trades using Revit and Navisworks. Create sleeve/penetration drawings and locate concrete equipment pads. Support prefabrication efforts and generate spool drawings. Work closely with Project Managers, Field Foremen, and the BIM Manager. Qualifications 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience. Experience pitching pipe preferred. 2-4+ years in mechanical modeling, preferably plumbing/piping or equivalent field experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (1-2yrs required). Experience with Navisworks, field verification, or installation schematic layout is a plus. Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems. $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
