POSITION SUMMARY
Fabrication of chemical feed equipment, including pipe fitting, structural support, machining and assembly as required and directed by the project scope, ensuring manufacturing accuracy against drawings or blueprints.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
Bring inaccuracies or problems with drawings to the attention of the foreman; Assemble electrical components incorporated into Skid Systems in accordance with Electrical Controls Designers' drawings and Control Panels as provided; Work with PVC and metal conduit; Electrical wiring installation as required; Functional testing of completed systems; Maintain appropriate quality control records and test forms; Assist in field startup and service as required; Maintain personal inventory and condition of tools; Confirm pulled parts with Bills of Material and report failed parts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required:
One-year manufacturing work experience; Must be able to read an electrical blueprint;
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience in electrical; Mechanical aptitude, understanding various forms of measurement; Ability to lift 50-75 pounds; Manual dexterity and skill in use of hand tools; Ability to adapt to changing priorities; Work independently and with others; Able to work overtime as required; Mathematical skills; Mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze mechanical and electro/mechanical system failures and to work with schematic drawings; Must be able to pass in-house forklift certification; Position requires constant physical movement (standing, bending, kneeling, stretching) in order to handle all functions of position; Professional individual; Excellent communication skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly; Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Education:
