We're expanding our team and seeking a talented Draftsperson with strong AutoCAD & Revit skills to support our design and production teams.

Position Overview:

As a Modular Home Draftsperson , you'll play a key role in producing prelim, permit sets and/or precise construction drawings that guide the fabrication and assembly of our modular units. You'll work closely with our engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to translate concepts into detailed, buildable plans using AutoCAD & Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop complete construction drawings for modular homes, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Utilize AutoCAD & Revit to create accurate, code-compliant drafting documents. Collaborate with sales account managers and engineers to ensure designs align with client specifications and modular construction standards. Maintain organized drawing sets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

Certificate, diploma, or degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (required). Knowledge of modular or prefabricated construction methods is highly desirable. Understanding of residential construction codes and standards. Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently or within a team. Excellent communication and time management skills.
