• Full-time Mechanical Designer Imperial Systems (Hadley, PA) has a new opportunity for an entry / mid-level Mechanical Designer.

This position will include both new equipment and system design in the Industrial Air Filtration industry.

Responsibilities include:

Creating / modifying 3D models and engineering drawings. Developing Bills of Materials and routers. Understanding, sourcing, and quoting of various components. New Product Development Works directly with Sales to ensure equipment meets customer's specifications. Effective communication with sales, manufacturing, and purchasing. Ability to multi-task. Working closely with management on cost savings measures. Develop and refine various machine designs to increase productivity.

Requirements:

Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Min.). or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in SolidWorks with a working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Education:

Associate (Preferred) or equivalent work experience.
