Job Description
Technical Staffing Resources is seeking a Senior Piping Designer with 10+ years of experience to support the design and delivery of complex facilities. This position is based in Houston, Texas and is a long-term contract role. The successful candidate will independently develop high?quality design deliverables, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support projects from concept through construction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work from P&ID's, client specifications and vendor data to design complex piping systems for refinery Create isometrics, pipe supports
Ensures that completed design is functional, maintainable and designed with safety and that all applicable codes have been followed
Interface with other disciplines
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledgeable in the design and layout of process piping and equipment in chemical facilities or refineries
E3D experience required
S3D experience required
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
