REVIT Technician

PHA is looking for a new REVIT Technician. Full-time hourly in-office position with a salary range of $24-$28/hour commiserate with experience (multifamily experience is a plus). The candidate will be responsible for the cost of dependent coverage which is available for medical, vision and dental insurance coverage, Company's 401-K program following 3 months of employment, paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day This roll consists of the following: Advanced experience in REVIT with the ability to perform the following:

• Download and set up/clean and prepare REVIT Models/backgrounds for MEP designers use in design.
• Create and/or modify families for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designers to utilize.
• Create MEP views and sheets.
• Control and correct visibility graphics per discipline.
• Coordinate with MEP project managers and architects on project issuances and schedules.
• Maintain and update Models/backgrounds on multiple projects.
• Work with the designers on project issuances and schedules.
• Plot drawings for designer/manager review.
• Upload/deliver finished project files to clients in a timely manner per deadline schedules.
• Organize project folders.
• Mentor Engineers and Designers less familiar with REVIT.
• A dedicated work ethic with excellent written and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Richardson.
