POSITION SUMMARY

Senior designer responsible for directing and coordinating the discipline technical effort on multiple large projects. Work is accomplished with limited direction. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Constructs and may pursue alternative paths towards a solution. Exercises judgment in selecting method, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results consistent with broadly defined policies and practices.

Inclusive of shorter timeframes, but typically six to twelve months or more to resolve.

Piping Designer IV Prepares design and draft drawings of structures, systems with computer aided tools (CAD, etc) while maintaining the quality, content and drafting standards of the company's products and projects. Identifies cost effective solutions to design problems while remaining within the allocated budget Liaises with the clients and sub-consultants to obtain project information and to discuss specific design related problems. Sr. Piping Designer III Prepares design and draft drawings of structures, systems with computer aided tools (CAD, etc) while maintaining the quality, content and drafting standards of the company's products and projects. Identifies cost effective solutions to design problems while remaining within the allocated budget. Liaises with the clients and sub-consultants to obtain project information and to discuss specific design related problems. Sr. Piping Designer II Prepares design and draft drawings of structures, systems with computer aided tools (CAD, etc) while maintaining the quality, content and drafting standards of the company's products and projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PER JOB LEVEL

Sr. Piping Designer IV

• Tech/Trade School/Continuing Education; ten (10) years experience Sr. Piping Designer III
• Tech/Trade School/Continuing Education; twelve (12) years experience Sr. Piping Designer II
• Tech/Trade School/Continuing Education; fourteen (14) years experience Sr. Piping Designer I
• Tech/Trade School/Continuing Education; fifteen (15) years experience Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors including each candidate's relevant experience, industry background, education, and demonstrated skills.
