Mechanical Drafter

Mechanical Drafter responsible for creating sheet metal and weldment designs and drawings using Solid Edge, AutoCAD, and related drafting tools. Job Requirements Strong mechanical drafting experience Solid Edge experience required AutoCAD experience Strong sheet metal drafting and design experience Experience creating drawings for basic style parts Experience with weldment drafting and design Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred for early-career candidates, or equivalent drafting/design experience Preferred Skills SolidWorks experience Inventor experience Experience supporting sheet metal fabrication drawings Experience supporting weldment design documentation New graduate or early-career BSME background Job Responsibilities Create and revise mechanical drawings for sheet metal components and basic style parts Develop sheet metal drafting and design documentation using Solid Edge Support drafting and design work in AutoCAD Produce weldment drawings and related design documentation Interpret design requirements and translate them into production-ready drawings Maintain drawing accuracy and support revisions as needed for fabrication and engineering use Job Disclaimer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
