Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Job title: Exterior Mechanism Design Release engineer

• Design of automotive Exterior mechanism in a DRE role
• Lead design and industrialization of high Torque actuators and Motors for Wiper, Charged port, Ext Mirror and Tonneau system
• Develop high efficiency actuators and motors for systems such as Charge port Doors, Exterior Mirrors, Tonneau Covers and automated glazing systems f
• Define and develop mechatronic requirements, working closely with software controls and electrical teams to refine motors control logic, sensor feedback loops and diagnostic protocols.
• Utilize Catia V5/3D Experience to integrate motors and actuators into ensuring rapid design iterations and optimization
• Work with the studio team to provide engineering criteria sections and generate high quality A-Surface that meet all DFM requirements while keeping with the theme of the vehicle
• Develop, prototype and industrialize various mechanisms and actuators in the vehicle features
• Create 2D drawings with GD&T
• Drive continuous improvement in mechanism kinematics and NVH profiles.
