We are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to join our innovation team and help advance some of the most exciting products in the marine industry, including our award-winning powered Bimini systems. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across mechanical systems, electronics, controls, software integration, testing, and manufacturing. You'll have the opportunity to develop products that solve real customer challenges and are used by leading boat manufacturers across North America. What You'll Do Design and develop innovative electromechanical products. Improve and expand our powered Bimini technology platform. Work with motors, actuators, sensors, electronics, and user-interface systems. Build prototypes and validate designs through rigorous testing. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM customers. Bring new products from concept to production. What We're Looking For Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Experience developing electromechanical products. Strong problem-solving and hands-on engineering skills. CAD experience and a passion for product innovation. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where your ideas matter. Why Join Us?
