Responsibilities Design, develop, program, and document industrial control systems that meet customer requirements. Lead automation projects from design through implementation and commissioning. Collaborate directly with customers to understand project requirements and develop effective technical solutions. Travel to customer facilities to install, test, commission, and troubleshoot control systems. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technical specialists to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in controls engineering and project execution. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related technical field. Three or more years of experience designing and implementing industrial control systems. Experience with one or more of the following: PLC programming HMI development SCADA systems Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation. Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Ability to work occasional off-hours during project startups or customer support activities. Ability to successfully complete background checks and drug screening when required by customer sites. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. Industry certifications from leading automation technology providers. Why Join Us?
