Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to lead innovation and take full ownership of product design from concept to production? We're looking for a Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to guide our talented engineering group and bring next-generation products to life. In this role, you'll oversee the full product development lifecycle—driving design excellence, mentoring a skilled team, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and manufacturability. What You'll Do Lead mechanical product design from concept through mass production. Design, prototype, and validate mechanical systems, test fixtures, and production tooling. Create and review 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using GD&T best practices. Perform engineering calculations and FEA simulations to validate designs. Mentor and guide engineers while fostering collaboration and technical growth. Manage documentation and compliance under
ISO 13485
standards. Drive process improvements to enhance performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. What You'll Bring BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 5+ years of mechanical design experience and 3+ years of engineering leadership. Proven track record leading products from concept to series production. Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or Siemens NX), FEA, and DFM principles. Experience with medical device or regulated product development a big plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Siemens NX experience
