To thrive/succeed as the Engineer Assistant you should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university; or an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field; or 1-2 years of experience using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD modeling software through professional, academic, internship, or project experience. Familiarity with engineering drawings, 3D modeling, and mechanical design principles is preferred. Your responsibilities as the Engineer Assistant will include: Assist engineers with the design, development, and documentation of new products, including creating and modifying 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD software. Support the production, assembly, and troubleshooting of valve and actuator products while gaining hands-on experience with flow control engineering principles. Contribute to engineering projects by assisting with project planning, progress tracking, technical documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and project reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate technical activities, support design changes, and help ensure products meet quality and engineering standards. Develop practical knowledge of engineering processes, project management fundamentals, and company systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your engineering journey starts here.
