We are looking for a motivated individual to lead the development and productization of a specialized weapon system for light UAVs - including design, prototyping, testing, and integration. This is a key role that will have critical impact shaping the trajectory of this project. , Required Skills 5+ years of detailed component design in CAD, from concept to production (DFM). 5+ years developing electrically actuated mechanisms with at least 2 DOF, sensors feedback loop, program interface. 5+ years of experience with motors and gears selection and specification for volume production. 5+ years of hands-on familiarity with various manufacturing methods (sheetmetal, casting, machining, etc.) and working with external suppliers. Self-starter, capable of performing tasks as an individual as well as working well in a team. Servant-leader mentality, extreme ownership, willing to participate in different and rapidly changing projects in a dynamic environment.
